Asbestos Management
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 place a specific duty (Regulation 4 – Duty to Manage) for the management of asbestos materials upon a nominated responsible person – this is usually the person responsible for the maintenance and repair.
Removal and Encapsulation
We are licensed by the Health and Safety Executive to remove or treat asbestos insulation, coatings and insulating board.
This type of permissioned regime is only applied to three industries across the UK, the others being the nuclear and petrochemical.

Thermal Insulation/reinstatement
Upon completion of the removal of asbestos thermal insulation we can also provide a re-insulation service to your specifications.
